Sometimes I have to turn my mac’s airport on and off because the connection goes wonky.

Basically, I always ask myself: Is this as bad as being assaulted in a war torn African nation> The answer is overwhelmingly “No.”

Though the one thing that qualifies as a genuine problem is I cannot hold a boyfriend’s hand in public because I’m afraid of being physically assaulted.

Seems to me that the events of the past few years in the global economy have dictated that we don’t live in the “old” first world anymore. The “pld” frst world may no longer exist, except for a tiny number of insider robber barons and brigands.

Lots of folks continuing to run up the tab still while keeping up appearances. Teri, you need to turn those beans into a little cottage industry to provide income security in your old age (in the unlikely event you ever grow old).

Hopefully mine isn’t too bad, I’m not really into modern “gadgets”, but I do bring a thermos of coffee to work each day. My employer provides free coffee, but I don’t like the taste of it. Sometimes I get angry having to lug a thermos around all day. Plus I look funny. That’s about it.

Well, Macbooks are expensive. Unless you had a couple spare ones at home, I can see why you’d panic. I think a first world problem would be complaining about how you had to make an extra stop on the way home to buy a brand new Macbook.

Man, where to start. I also call them diva moments.

My first world problem today would come from a lack of wireless on the train and the poorly postured MTA seats.
