“Don’t Pass Me By” is a truly underrated track, and you’re dead on about the violin solo.

I actually think that might be my favorite Ringo song (Beatles era), period.

b. Funny you mention Ringo. I listened to “Don’t Pass Me By” from the White Album about ten times in a row yesterday. You’ve all heard it before, but today listen just to the violin part. It’s rather awesome.
