I like The Palace Theater. They have great kids shows like Dr Kaboom and even though it wasn’t a live performance – It was great to see E.T. on the big screen again after so many years – and share for the first time with my 11 year old son.

Lots of great places for local live events…
Washington Park Playhouse, Capital Rep, Palace Theater, SPAC, Cohoes Music Hall, Alive at Five, Troy Riverfront, and of course EMPAC to name a few but I never had such a great time as I did last at the BMG show at Proctors. Put your hands in the air and wave them like you just don’t care. Proctors is my favorite place for live entertainment.
Always wanted to try Curtain Call Theatre in Latham – any word on that place?

Tent in latham, cozy and gone
Turning Stone Casino, again cozy… you’re right next to the artist if you can get tickets. IF not, there’s not a bad seat in the smallish room…
