		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t know if anyone&#039;s said the federal thing as an excuse, but that would be a REALLY stupid excuse.  The local ones are the ones you have the most say in and the most direct effect on your life.  If you&#039;re going to skip an election, the local one isn&#039;t it.  It&#039;s the federal ones that I get all &quot;whatever&quot; about, because that&#039;s where you start running into the whole issue of money and influence over politicians that the Occupy movement is all about.]]></description>
