I made an attempt to watch the UFC 135 on Saturday, but that debacle is a story/blog post unto itself. As for the results and my thoughts on them? Again, that comes later.

In the meantime, here’s a video of Joe Warren being knocked out that same night over on the Bellator broadcast on MTV2. They’re in the midst of their Bantamweight tournament, and as a Warren booster I honestly thought he’d go all the way. I shouldn’t be surprised, though, since the last time I saw him he seemed to struggle quite a bit with stand-up.

It just goes to show that no matter how superbly athletic and talented you are, MMA is won with a skillset, not one skill.
