You guys, the TU is trying to CENSOR your favorite local treasure and sex symbol!

I cannot provide any examples of such activity, or provide any evidence, or provide any argument that gives the accusation any semblance of credence or believability. But I am a patriot, damnit, and my voice will be heard!

In response, I have decided to punish the Times Union and you, the readers, by posting the most traumatizing and offensive picture I can find.

TAKE THIS, YOU FASCISTS!

f

FREEDOOOOOOOOOOM!

(Important note for twits: this is a parody.)

You look WAY older than you are, Kevin. And your left leg needs immediate medical attention. Did you sprain it? :)

  2. Dan Miller says:

We have no knowledge that Kevin Marshall had publishing rights to use those shorts.

  3. Tony Barbaro says:

    oh the humanity….

  4. Teri Conroy says:

    You are such a troublemaker!

  5. Will King says:

WOOOOO HE SAID IT WAS A PARTY!!!

    *whispers* Wait…he said parody?

    ****slinks away****

  6. *wails* WHY DID I HAVE TO SEE THIS JUST AFTER EATING DINNER?!?!?!

  7. I’m sorry you can’t spend your whole life sheltering yourself from the truth, Laura Northrup. Also, freedom. Censorship. Freedom freedom patriot! Freedom, freedom freedom birth certificate? Hmm? Freedom. Constitution.

  8. Every time I see Richard Simmons, all I can think of is the time he was on “Whose Line Is It Anyway”. That was, by far, one of the funniest episodes I have ever seen.

For fear of being censored as well, I’ll share a song title and you can look up the lyrics. It’s a Rage Against the Machine song called “Killing in the Name”. You’ll figure out the rest.

  9. Chuck Miller says:

“the TU is trying to CENSOR your favorite local treasure and sex symbol!”

What did they censor of mine?

  10. Ash Williams says:

The freedom loving TU will tolerate even the most hateful speech, but don’t you dare publish a copyright photo.

  11. Tony Barbaro says:

they SHOULD put a black bar across those shorts..

  12. Thank you for restoring honor to the TU Blog Mines, Kevin. I think my liberty is inflamed now.

  13. Tim says:

In the Tea Party vernacular the word is liberty, not freedom, Kevin Marshall. We have to keep it straight, in their minds it means something different. Freedom is something the liberals (and who knows who else) use to bring this great country down and pervert the clearly Christian intentions of the Founders, while Liberty is a mighty tree that’s watered from time to time with the blood of patriots. Lock and load!

  14. Tim: FWIW, they use “freedom,” but they usually use it in the plural, with a small “f” (“You have taken away my freedoms”), rather than in the singular, as a powerful concept meriting a capital “F:” Freedom!

  15. BD says:

That is far more offensive than Baumgartner’s dog’s poop.

Marshall needs a time out to reflect on his wrong-doings and the error of his ways!

    Are you listening Mr.Huber!?

  16. Troy Taxpayer says:

I think you meant communist fascists, you betcha. Also.

  17. For Heaven’s sake! Have the words “Not Safe for Work” lost their meaning? Kevin, have you lost your mind? Someone could unknowingly click on this and be traumatized!

I simply cannot endorse your reckless behavior.

  18. Victoria Roth says:

Great patriotic show of your freedoms there!
To hell with being coherent! Everyone knows the best way to get points across is to use traumatizing pictures. It’s way more effective than explaining or backing up any broad-sweeping statements you feel like making.
