Blogorama: Chaos Week Edition
Starting on a personal note: boy, this week has been chaos for me. But a good kind of chaos!
See, not all chaos is bad. After all, put too much emphasis on order and you’ll end up with fascism. And nobody wants that, except for maybe Michael Huber.
Yesterday, we had to change the locale of “Mockingbird Marathon: To Kill a Saturday” to The Book House ofStuyvesant Plaza due to circumstances beyond our control. I’ll leave it at that and say planning for this event can now be delineated between Pre-Crisis and Post-Crisis (Roger Green is maybe the only person reading this who will find that funny).
The bad news is that we had to move it away from the awesome Center Square/Washington Park/Townsend Park area. The good news is that the people at The Book House are great, enthusiastic, and have been more than accomodating. Plus, it’s in a plaza with a parking lot that will give people the opportunity to actually park their cars! For those without cars, it’s right on the bus line!
See? Everybody wins! This event will be great! Visit the blog NOW!
Thank you, chaos. You help prevent order from stifling us and inhibiting our improvement.

Re: your Time Traveler theory – If that person is indeed a time traveler, that would mean technology would be crazy enough to BEND TIME AND SPACE…clearly they wouldn’t need cell towers to communicate. :P
Also, my Glee Rocky Horror post: http://www.themole171.com/2010/10/27/glees-rocky-horror-episode/
I agree with Erin Morelli, it is indeed a crazy lady time traveler! :D
My link so share would beeee…Oh LeBron James, you fool.
Your picture scares me.
My actual picture for the blog as a whole or the ALARM pic?
Does the change in venue mean that I can’t drink heavily while listening?
Em - Like anything’s gonna stop you from drinking heavily from listening?
(we’ll have refreshments there, but not sure about alcohol)
Your actual picture for the blog. I try not to look at it.
Hopeful - I will not apologize for my intensity. I came here to WIN.
Hmm. Well I DID make a garter flask last weekend.
PS
Stop judging me
Em – Don’t tell me you came to a Times Union blog and expected someone not to undeservedly and unfairly pass judgement on you. What’re you, new?
;)
