The full video of Obama’s intro and speech is 18 minutes long and worth every single one of them. At the very least, watch the beginning and check out the song he uses for his opening.

    No, It’s APRIL Fool’s Day, not May Fool’s Day…

Great timing for this stuff…about a year and a half until the election. Forget our real “issues”, let’s just focus on campaign stunts and patting ourselves on the back over pretend accomplishments until then.

The Dems should laugh, though, cause the GOP’s got nothin’. Not even fumes to run on…

What a sense of humor by our Commander in Chief

I’m sure they have 23 year old interns making up the bits for these events.

I do think that this is definitely hurting the GOP.

All due respect to Mr. President but I don’t think someone who does all that crap in a meeting needs to have his presidency suspended until he can gather his senses. Personally I would think he cant take it and is trying to not be re-elected. He should at the least be as professional as we are at my high school…. and thats far worse of an expectation than any of you could imagine. Going to a Gates foundation school shouldn’t make you more professional than the President of the United States. He has let go of all hope for his own missions in hopes to be elected and all these stunts he’s pulling are going to keep him out of office. He needs to get his act together before making another public appearance.

It’s funny! Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to go buy a sense of humor.

  6. Cihan says:

It was funny, but nothing beats Stephen Colbert roasting Bush in 2006, it was about as awkward as it gets.

    • Truly awesome.

Then the next year it was hosted by Rich Little. Who, instead of telling jokes, did a couple impressions from thirty years ago and told people he wasn’t a satirist, just an impressionist. Seriously. He said that to the crowd, I guess because he wanted to make it clear he wasn’t there to make them laugh, just to make them recognize his impressions. Very odd.
